Plasma-Enhance Chemical Vapour Deposition system is use to form Passivation and Anti-reflection coating on the solar cells. The common anti-reflection coating is silicon nitride (SiNx) thin film. In addition to the optical benefits, such dielectric coatings can also improve the electrical properties of the solar cell by surface passivation .
